Site Licenses

Several of our digital items are sold with limited site licenses, meaning the item can only be used legally in the number of sites for which the items was purchased or for which additional licenses were purchased.  The user agrees to this policy when purchasing these items.  The Chi Farm store reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any additional sites for which the customer may use the digital item and for which he or she did not pay.

Warranties

Our warranty for all durable products is 90 days. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, dropping or alterations. Please return damaged or defective items securely packaged.  Contact The Chi Farm Store for return authorization.
